Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority at Lahab Beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is brand new, unopened, and in its original, sealed manufacturer packaging.
• Due to international hygiene and cosmetic regulations, opened or used skincare and makeup products cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof at support@lahabbeauty.ae. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
